Here’s a quick guide to our delivery options and shipping rates effective from June 2019. Our shipping costs are based on total weight.
Standard Delivery
Choosing the Standard Delivery option means your package will be delivered via An Post, Ireland’s national mail carrier. This is the cheapest delivery option available for all countries. No tracking is available with this service for items classed as light, flat items up to 200g. Basically, it’s a large flat envelope and examples include comics, DVD’s, games etc. All other figures & collectibles fall into the 0.01 & over category as they are classed as packets by An Post. Within Ireland, the €7.50 postal fee includes tracking and insurance. Standard delivery does not include tracking for all other countries. Our experience to date is that An Post offers a very trustworthy service. It is however the slowest method of delivery, so if speed and tracking are a must for you, we recommend that you select the Express Delivery option at the checkout.
Express Delivery
Our Express Delivery option does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s the fastest delivery option, albeit a little more expensive. For the extra cost, you get a super fast delivery service, that’s fully tracked and insured. DHL Express offers an amazing service. In most cases – extreme weather & customs permitting you’ll have your new collectible within 2 days if in Europe. If you check out before 11 am & choose express delivery we can offer next day delivery to Ireland & the UK! For all other countries, you will have your securely wrapped package within 5 business days or less. We highly recommend this service due to its speed and tracking.
Free Delivery
We offer Free Delivery on all orders within the Republic of Ireland once you spend a certain amount. This is generally sent by An Post so the delivery times in the image above apply.
To qualify for free delivery, simply spend €50 or more if you live in the Republic of Ireland
- Regrettably, as of 23/10/2018, we are no longer able to offer free delivery on items outside of the Republic of Ireland. This is due to the super high shipping costs associated with International postage. We do still post items worldwide and have updated our postage tables to show these new prices.
Customs – Will I Have to Pay Customs Fees?
Customs fees vary depending on the type of product bought and the amount spent. We recommend that if you are buying collectibles and live outside of the EU, that you check with your local customs office for a list of import fees and duties. You will be responsible for paying these fees.
