"The only Mutant who read the manual."
Vultureman was the one Mutant with a working brain, which is why he built the Skycutter and everyone else just crashed it. Earl Hammond voiced him and also voiced Mumm-Ra, so half the villains on Third Earth were the same man arguing with himself. LJN added him in the 1986 wave with that wrinkled vulture head, the yellow beak and the blue harness. His claw weapon is here too, which is more than most loose Vulturemen manage.
