A Quick Piece Of Advice
It’s that time of year again – buying your items online with enough time to have them delivered by Santa!
Our postal services learned a lot from last year & have employed more staff this year to help keep backlogs to a minimum. But, it is Winter & we are still in a pandemic with yet another fricking variant so there may be some disruption of services from now until the big day in some locations.
So we highly recommend that you shop early to give your order enough time to get through any delays in your area & be with you on time for Christmas.
The best way to track your orders for all postal carriers is through a website called 17Track. It will show you the detailed history of your package, no matter the carrier used or the country you are in.
Save yourself the frustration and anger by using 17Track instead of calling the carriers track & trace phone lines. It will give you the same information as the telephone agents & save you from having a meltdown listening to screeching violin hold music.
Delivery Providers & Cut Off Dates
We only use An Post & DHL for our shipping providers. The less said about other carriers, the better (except for DPD, they are also sound).
Here are the cut-off dates for An Post & DHL

International mail delivery times are estimates and subject to local postal operator delays.
Customers should note that there will be no mail collection on December 24th. There will be no mail delivery or collections from December 25th through to Monday, January 3rd 2022. Normal postal services resume Tuesday 4th January 2022.
+Last Dates of Posting for 2021 may be impacted by ongoing Covid-19 related events, including international mail deliveries.
We highly recommend that you use DHL for peace of mind & in-time Christmas deliveries as we get closer to Christmas.
Once an item is placed in the Postal system, there is nothing that we or anyone else can do to speed it up. So it’s important that you select the postal service to match your needs.
Once the cut off date for An Post passes, we will temporarily remove this shipping option from our website.
As we use An Post for our free shipping offer, this offer is also temporarily disabled too.
Both will be back on our website on Friday 24th December 2021.
