Last Postal Dates For Christmas Delivery 2020

We have temporarily disabled the An Post shipping options on our website today. This is due to the fact that An Post have said today is the last day they can gurantee in time Christmas delivery.
As we use An Post for our free shipping offer, this offer is also temporily disabled too.
Both will be back from 24/12/20.
DHL is still available. You should have your order within 2 days from the time it is collected from us. This is available until 21/12/20, after which they can not guarantee Christmas delivery.
If you don’t mind waiting until after Christmas for your order to arrive, you can send us a message to place an order and avail of our free shipping & lower An Post rates. . Include the items you want to order & we will create this for you & send you a payment link.
A Quick Piece Of Advice
As you know COVID 19 is creating havoc around the world. Our postal systems are processing unseen amounts of post as quickly & as efficiently as they can.
Winter is also among us, so couple that with never before seen postal volumes, COVID 19, the flu, staff shortages & stormy weather, it is natural that all postal services will experience some delays.
So we highly recommend that you shop early to give your order enough time to get through any delays in your area & be with you on time for Christmas.
The best way to track your orders for all postal carriers is through a website called 17Track. It will show you the detailed history of your package, no matter the carrier used or the country you are in.
Save yourself the frustration and anger by using 17Track instead of calling the carriers track & trace phone lines. It will give you the same information as the telephone agents & save you from having a meltdown listening to screeching violin hold music.

An Post have changed their dates as of 09/12/20 due to exceptional volumes.

International mail delivery times are estimates and subject to local postal operator delays.
Customers should note that there will be no mail collection on December 24th. There will be no mail delivery or collection on December 28th.
+Last Dates of Posting for 2020 may be impacted by on-going Covid-19 related events, including for international mail deliveries.
Although no changes are foreseen at this time, An Post will endeavour to notify customers of changes as far in advance as is reasonably possible if events change.
We highly recommend that you use DHL for peace of mind & in time Christmas deliveries as we get closer to Christmas. They do not have the same delays that An Post are experiencing.
Once an item is placed in the Postal system, there is nothing that we or anyone else can do to speed it up. So it’s important that you select the postal service to match your needs.

Christmas Opening Hours
From 3 pm on Christmas Eve, we will be finally taking our 2020 holidays. Our website will still be live & taking orders, however, nothing will be dispatched until we reopen at 9 am Monday, January 4th 2021 (and postal services don’t resume in full until this date anyways!).
