Click & Collect is now available. As we now all work from home offices & to keep in line with to regularly changing Government regulations, our set pick up point is  from the car park of the Kingswood Lodge in Tallaght. Select this option during the checkout process and we will either text or WhatsApp you to arrange a meetup time and date. You can also use this option to buy a new collectible & pick it up at a convention that we are attending too.

Free shipping is available on all orders over €50 within Republic of Ireland. The “Free Delivery” option will appear as a postage option, once your cart/basket total is equal to or exceeds the €50 minimum spend and the delivery address is set to the Republic of Ireland. Simply select this option once it appears.

Worldwide shipping is available. We used DHL Express & An Post.  The carrier used, will depend on the postage option you select during the checkout process. Generally, An Post will be the slowest & DHL are our fastest express option. 

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

We have disabled the shipping option for some countries, for example the USA,  due to the high level of orders placed & then cancelled. We are happy to ship to you in such locations, once we verify your order. Please send us a list of the items you want to buy, so we can provide you with a weight based shipping quote. 

If no shipping option to your destination appears at the checkout drop us a message. 

The postal option you pick during the checkout will affect how long it will take for you to receive your package. Please note Service providers may vary depending on geographical location. Delivery times may be affected by Bank Holidays,  adverse weather conditions or other factors such as strikes, natural disasters etc.

Standard Delivery Times are as follows:

• Ireland 3-5 Working Days
• UK 7-15 Working Days (Brexit & Customs delays)
• Europe 5-10 Working Days
• Rest of World 10-15 Working Days

Standard delivery is generally made by An Post.  No tracking number is available on this service when the cost of shipping is €3.50. Tracking is available on all shipping costs above this rate.

Express Delivery Times are as follows:

• Ireland 1-2 Working Days
• UK 4-5 Working days
• Europe  4-5 Working Days
• Rest of World  4-5 Working Days

Processed by DHL Express. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been processed by our warehouse.

Next Day Shipping in Ireland

To qualify for Next Day Shipping in Ireland, payment must be received by 11 am Monday – Friday & the express delivery option must be picked. We will book the courier & have them deliver your package on the next business day. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been processed by our warehouse. 

Saturday deliveries are available at an extra postage cost. Contact Us to request this option & check its availability.

Free Worldwide Standard Delivery

Regrettably due to super high delivery costs, we can not offer free worldwide delivery. 

Sometimes you change your mind, an item is not suitable or perhaps something has just gone wrong. Whatever the reason, we’re happy to help.

Use the Contact Us form to request a return. Be sure to include the name of the item you wish to return, the reason why and state if you’d like a replacement or a refund in your request.

We’ll review your request and email you with a reference number.

• Who Can Place Pre Orders…

We only offer pre orders to customers based in Ireland & the EU. 

This is due to the high level of international buyers placing orders & then cancelling them at a later date, which affects our business. 

So if you are from outside Ireland or the EU & place a pre order, your order may be cancelled & refunded due to this policy.

At present you can only add 1 type of pre-order to your cart before you need to check out. 

For example you can order two Halloween Ultimate Michael Myers figures, but if you try to also pre order a Terminator at the same time you will get an error message. This will also happen if you try to add an non pre order item to your cart. 

The reason for this, is that the system is unable to calculate the shipping costs of different pre orders as their release dates may differ. 

• There’s no price or release date on the Pre Order collectible…

Sometimes some Pre Order items will not have a date or a price available. This is due to the supplier not providing this information. 

We will update this information as soon as we receive it. 

• Reservation Requests

Deposits or full payments are required to guarantee your Pre/ Back / Special Order item is reserved for you. 

We recommend that you read our Refunds Policy for these items  before you commit to buy. 

Not-mint condition refers to items that may have bent, damaged, or creased packaging. The product itself is in perfect condition, unless otherwise noted.

For those of you who like to take your figures out of the box, this is a great way to grab a discount.

The product will be tagged with a “not mint discount” sales badge.

Sometimes we sell figures that were part of a set separately. This may be due to some of the set figures set being damaged. Again this is a great way to get your hands on individual figures that are not normally available on their own.
