HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

If you live in the Republic of Ireland simply, spend €50 or more in one transaction.  Once this threshold is reached, the free shipping option will appear at the checkout. Select this option to get free delivery!

We only offer free delivery within the Republic of Ireland.

 

Restrictions

Free delivery thresholds must match the destination country. We only offer free delivery to addresses within the Republic of Ireland.

For example, if you live in the Republic of Ireland but input the delivery address as the UK (you may be gifting this to someone), postage fees will apply.

Free shipping is applied per transaction. So if for example, you spend €34.99 plus postage in a single transaction and then come back later and purchase something else, for say €19.99 you will be charged postage fees on both transactions.

 

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages.


 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We are happy to accept returns if you simply change your mind or if it is an unsuitable gift. We do not cover the cost of return shipping in such cases, we can however, send you discounted shipping labels. The cost of such shipping labels can be paid in advance or from the balance of the refund.

If the item arrives damaged by the delivery company or is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange an exchange or refund. Depending on the situation, we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Simply follow the steps below:

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving it from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging
  • Request a refund using this form or use the Messenger icon on the side of the page
  • Depending on the postal provider we may need a pickup address, a contact number, email address, the best time for collection and a reason for the return.
  • We’ll email you a return shipping label
 

Christmas Returns Policy

Items purchased online between the last week of November and 23rd December , can be returned until the 15th January.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Follow the simple steps below:

  1. Repack the item securely within a box
  2. Print the return label we emailed you
  3. Securely attach the label to the box
  4. Hand the package over to our courier when they arrive to collect it or drop if off at your nearest Post Office.

We’ll contact you as soon as we receive and process it to advise of the refund or replacement timeframes.

We will only accept returns that are carried by our nominated postal provider.  Please do not send items back to us using anyone but our approved carrier. We will not refund any postage costs if you do not follow our Refunds and Returns Policy.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We aim to process your return and refund for you ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the items, please contact us we will check this out for you.

 

WHEN CAN A REFUND OR EXCHANGE BE DECLINED?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as it will fall outside our refunds and exchange procedure.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as comics, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Booty Boxes
  • 3D Printed & Customized / Personalized Items
  • Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Collectible, toy/action figure, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you request an exchange, we are happy to offer one, once we have the item in stock. Please mention your preference for an exchange when making your Refund / Return request.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

 


PRE ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS & PAYMENT PLANS REFUNDS POLICY

Non-Refundable Deposit Payments

Some expensive or custom items may require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is due at the time of placing your order. We then use your deposit to secure the item from our supplier, so we need to be really sure that you are committed to buying the item. 

Payment Plans cost us money to set up & administer. When you take out a payment plan, it is under the agreement that you will complete the sale & we hold the items for you, so other customers can not purchase them. When you cancel the plan without fulfilling your end of the agreement, your deposit will cover the costs that we have incurred to date in the curation of your plan.

If you cancel your order, you will forfeit your deposit or if you paid the amount in full upfront, a % of the paid in full amount. This % is based on the min deposit required to start a payment plan. 

This policy applies to Special Order & Back Order items & orders where a Payment Plan is requested.

You will have to agree to and pay the Non-Refundable Deposit to place your order.

 

Pre Order & Special Order Cancellation Policy

Sometimes a manufacturer is unable to fulfil all their pre orders. When this happens they cancel some of the orders. If you have made a deposit or any payment on an item that is cancelled by the manufacturer, we will refund you in full.  Alternatively if you choose, you can transfer the balance of funds off another item in our store.
