DATA ACCESS REQUESTS

Please note that we will need any of the contact details you used, in order to retrieve this information. For example, we will need your name, address & the email address used to place the order or make a comment on our reviews or blog comments page. We will provide you with all of the available information within 30 days of your request. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your completed Order Information for our records for a period of 14 months. We will automatically delete this information 14 months from the date of completion of the transaction.
