Delivery Providers & Cut-Off Dates
We An Post, DPD & DHL for our shipping providers, as they have the best delivery times.
- Irish orders are shipped using DPD with the excepion being the small items such as badges & single comics which are shipped using An Post, unless you choose otherwise.
- EU & UK deliveries are made using DPD
- Non EU country deliveries are made using An Post
Here are the cut-off dates for each provider.

International mail delivery times are estimates and subject to local postal operator delays. Weather such as snow or storms may delay your delivery.
Once an item is placed in the Postal system, there is nothing that we or anyone else can do to speed it up. So it’s important that you select the postal service to match your needs.
Any orders shipped after these dates & times are not guranteed for in time Christmas delivery. In some cases international orders placed after these dates will arrive in January due to postal provider backlogs.
Tracking Your Parcel
DPD – will send you a text message or an email. It will contain details about your delivery & ways to re-arrange it if the time of delivery does not suit you.
An Post – use www.anpost.com to track your parcel within Ireland or www.17track.com for international parcel deliveries

Our Showroom is only available by appointment.
No one will be there to help you if you show up without a pre-booked time slot.
Christmas Opening Hours
From 2 pm on Saturday 23rd December, we will be finally taking our 2023 holidays. Our website will still be live & taking orders, however, nothing will be dispatched until we reopen at 9 am Monday, January 8th 2024. No Showroom appointments will be scheduled or phone calls/messages will be answered until this date. You will receive automatic responses, while we take this much-needed break!
