What are back orders and special orders?
- These are items that we do not have in stock, but we can order them from our supplier for you.
Who can place back orders and special orders?
- Back orders are available to all of our customers. Special order items for Premium Collectibles are only available to Irish, UK & EU customers
When will I receive my back order or special order
- It depends on the type of back order and the supplier. There are two types of back orders:
- Type 1: These are items that need to be ordered by the 15th of each month. They will arrive by the end of the month and payment is due in full when you place the order.
- Type 2: These are items that we can order anytime, as long as the stock is available. Payment is taken within 24 hours after we confirm the stock. They will arrive within 1 month, generally.
- We will email you an estimated arrival date, but it is not guaranteed.
Can I combine back orders and special orders with in-stock items?
- Yes, if they are all ready to ship within 30 days. Otherwise, you will have to pay separate shipping fees.
How much is the shipping cost?
- Free within the Republic of Ireland if you spend €75 or more and all items are in stock. Otherwise, shipping fees apply. For International orders, our checkout will show you the cost based on your order weight and your location.
Can I cancel my back order or special order?
- No, unless the supplier cannot fulfill your order. If you cancel, you will lose your deposit. For some premium collectibles, a deposit is required when you place the order.
